Happy Endings Hospitality is a Northern Virginia–based restaurant group that operates a family of playful Asian-fusion and Cajun-inspired dining concepts. Co-founded in 2012 by brothers Di and Hac Dang, former online poker champions who invested their winnings into food ventures, the group’s flagship is Chasin’ Tails, a Cajun seafood boil restaurant celebrating the brothers’ Louisiana upbringing. HEH’s portfolio has since grown to seven restaurants, including fast-casual spots like Roll Play Vietnamese Grill, Teas’n You Fusion Tea House (bubble tea and snacks), and Lei’d Hawaiian Poke, all of which put creative twists on traditional recipes.
