Neomonde is a family-owned Lebanese restaurant group in North Carolina, celebrated for its authentic Middle Eastern breads, pastries, and cuisine. Founded in 1977 by the Saleh brothers after they immigrated from northern Lebanon, Neomonde began as a humble pita bakery in Raleigh, using their mother Cecilia’s recipes and a commitment that anything sold must be good enough for family. Over the decades, Neomonde expanded to include Mediterranean delis and grocery markets in Raleigh, Durham, and Morrisville, where customers enjoy fresh hummus, tabbouleh, kebabs, shawarma, and other Lebanese specialties prepared from scratch each day. Now nearly 50 years old, Neomonde has become a local institution, infants who teethed on Neomonde’s warm pita have grown up to bring their own kids, and the Saleh family’s dedication to freshness, quality, and tradition remains the cornerstone of every meal and loaf of bread they serve.
