Some employees aren’t worth saving.
There are a lot of team members that may struggle to grow with us. They may need additional coaching or mentoring. They may need to be moved to a new seat on the bus.
Some employees are chronically underperforming and simply need to be let go.
If you have one in your midst, cut them loose.
The damage you are doing to your business by waiting for improvements will only keep costing you.
